To his unconscious mind, success is dangerous. dangerous. That's a grown man torching every win and not even knowing why. Today's guest does this for a living. He finds the wiring behind why people keep getting stuck and then pulls it out. You are not at effect of the external circumstances, you are at the cause of it. He coaches second generation business founders. But the real subject is you and the goals that never hold.
Conscious mind is the goal setter and the unconscious mind is the goal getter. Every single human is manifesting all of their life. Your life as it is is a manifestation of you. I'm not going to lie regarding all of this manifestation stuff. I did walk in a skeptic. Little did I know so did he. I was a big skeptic. I attended a manifestation course and for the next four months I'm like what is this He changed my minds on at least a few things. He might even change yours. Please join me in welcoming Abhinab Jindel into the Ready Set Do podcast. Let's go.
Ahab, welcome to the show. Thanks for having me here Nan. I'm so excited to be here. Excited to pick your brain around the incredible coaching business that you've built, but also just the journey that you've been on over the past few years. Where I wanted to jump in with and this is one of the things that I'm always curious about is the way people want to be perceived online or which also then you know flows into how they want to be perceived in the real world. So something you have consistent across all of your presence throughout the internet is you know your um oneliner which is empowering second gen business owners to become who they are meant to be and create fulfillmentdriven success right so I think that's super catchy and I love that it's so heavy it has so many components to that but that is where I
would want to start if you could kind of get the ball rolling around just kind of unpacking that right so why second gen business owner reneurs, who are they meant to be, and what would you define as fulfillment-driven success? Uh, that's a great question and I believe a great beginning to this episode. episode. Why second gen entrepreneurs? Why? Because when I started my coaching business and I was like, who do I resonate the most with? Uh I am a second generation entrepreneur and I have overcome a lot of challenges and internal programming that I inherited that I found most second generation business owners inherit. And so I coach them because I resonate the most with them because I walked that journey. I want that path and I can um help them overcome the challenges and the inner barriers so that they can become who
they're meant to be. Next you said okay there's a lot of components. So let's talk about who they're meant to be. The reason I have this line there's three things. There's being there's doing and there's having. These are three different energies. These are the energies that have been the the word is created in in in the Hindu culture it's uh Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh because they are the creator, manager and the destroyer which relate to the being, doing and having energy and nowadays everyone is focused on what do I want to have in life very rarely it's about who do you want to become? Who can you become as a person? Tony Robbins says that again and again and he says that at the end of the day what you have will not fulfill you but who you are will.
Why I chose that line specifically with second gen is because as a second generation business owner, they're always trying to become someone. They're trying to either become like their father or their mother, whoever is the elder generation in the business, or they're like to become anything but them. and they're trying to prove themsel. They are going through an identity crisis and they're trying to prove themsel or prove that they can do it and that they can become the leader that they're expected. A second generation business owner might actually want to become a business leader in their business and fill up to the expectations what their family has of them. a lot of other times and and I was recently in the family enterprise Canada annual symposium and people were asked what is the number one thing second gen
phased and everyone's the most vote not everyone we had the most vote on expectations when you're born in a family business there's a lot of expectations that that are there that you have to fulfill and so people naturally growing up they think okay I'm meant to be a business owner. I'm meant to be this leader. I'm meant to be the version of uh the the version that my father or my mother want me to become. And my question to everyone is who do you really want to become outside the expectations of everyone else? And that's why I have who you're meant to be because I help my clients uncover who do who do do they want to be at an unconscious level by themselves.
And the last part is fulfillment-driven success. To me, fulfillment is huge. Um, again, I'm quoting Tony Robbins. He says success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure. And I 100% believe this. I find so many family businesses who are super successful, everything's good on paper, yet emotionally they're challenged mentally they're challenged and they don't love their life like like a person who's fulfilled would do. And so fulfillment is huge for me. I cannot define what fulfillment-driven success is because science uh success is a science while fulfillment is an art and fulfillment is different for every individual. individual. Um something you said jumped out to me which was when you when you're talking to second generation entrepreneurs um it's it's almost a question of unpacking slash making apparent to them who they
are. I guess where my mind is going from that is really how much can you or you or anyone really can can do that keeping in mind the elephant in the room which is that they're still tied to the business whether they like it or not they will always be attached to that and also not have complete autonomy over what is given to them. of course they have autonomy over changing it but I'm just trying to get at like this just seems extremely hard to do I guess is is my point here and at least with the constraints that you're working with. So I'm curious how you go about almost separating the person from the situation in in just a constant atmosphere where those two are so tightly coupled together. Does that even make sense? I I can reiterate it makes 100% sense to me. Okay. Okay.
See, the external is a reflection on the of the internal. Our external world is a reflection of our internal programming of our internal representation of our perception to the outside. And that's what creates our life experience. I love this quote by Carl Young who says until you make the unconscious conscious, it will drive your life and you will call it fate. So a lot of people would look at their external circumstances and say okay something's not right. this guy is not doing right with me. He's not behaving right with me and the world is not being fair to me. And I look at it and I say to them, hey, you are not at effect of the external circumstances and you are at the cause of of it. So you are causing whatever externally is happening or whatever it is that you're experiencing externally is being caused
by your internal representation by your internal programming. So when we change the programming at an unconscious level, the way they see the external world shifts with it as well because we are not experiencing things as it is happening but rather we are experiencing things as we as the meaning we give to what's happening outside of us. Let's say there's two brothers both had the same childhood experience. However, each one of them could define the same childhood experience in completely different ways. It could be one good for one of them and it could be not good or bad for other one of them. It's not the experience that was different. It's the meaning that they give to the experience that made their reality different than the other. And also you only have power and control over who you are, what you
feel, and over yourself. So when I'm working with business owners, I'm not telling them, hey, you got to change the other person. I'm saying, how can you change yourself? And how can you look at what's happening from a different angle or a different perspective which 100% of the ch time changes their reality and u you you said something around while the external situation is in the business is something I I don't remember exactly what you said but what I wanted to add to that is when people work with me they show up different so even though they don't have the autonomy to change the business itself in the same business, they would show up as a different person.
I see. And so when you were obviously you've had you've um grabbed so much experience doing this for over the the starting the last the past year and such. So I'm curious what are some of the biggest slash most common pitfalls that you see come up again and again? Of course, I realize every situation is different, but I'm sure when you do it long enough, you your brain starts to pick up on patterns. Maybe some of these patterns apply to yourself when you were first walking the same path that you now help others walk. So, um yeah, could you share around some of the just recurring themes that keep coming up? See, See, one word answer to that is and then I'll elaborate. One word answer to that is the same thing that keeps up and that holds every human back is their emotional baggage. Period. Now let me elaborate because different people can
carry different emotional baggage. Something I see common with second generation business owners uh is I'm not worthy. I'm not loved enough. I'm not enough as a human being. Uh and those are the kind of themes that come up again and again. That's surprising because I would have almost guessed it would be something along the lines of um this is too much pressure. I I did not sign up for this. Why is this my problem? Th those type of themes. But it's curious that that is not what you reported. reported. You know, you you're right and I'm right here. Here's why. What I'm referring to is the internal programming the deeper level issue. What you're referring is to a surface level problem. A person who's not happy in their business does not go around and start saying I'm not worthy.
God people don't even know that they have this baggage that they have this deeper issue. Clinical psychology says that if people knew the deeper issue they would have resolved it. If people knew that if I am not enough as a belief as a unconscious programming is a problem they would have done something to change that problem is they don't. So at the surface level what comes up is what you said it it and surface level problems could be fatigue could be physical problems and around the lines what you said which is like there's a lot of pressure. Mhm.
See now now let me ask you if if you are enough if you are capable enough to do a job would that feel pressure to you? I guess the I was referring to more so the pressure of not being able to walk away from the family business that somebody does not want you know a part of and I think that's a choice now no that's a choice I and I I say see family business space talks about legacy I 100% believe in legacy and I I love the entire concept of legacy and generational businesses and I believe more in the power of choice. I believe that every individual has the choice and should have the choice of doing what they want to do and choosing the life path that is right for them. So when somebody is really stuck in their family business and is there even though they don't want to be, I would say, hey, that's a choice. You are free. Yes,
there is an expense. your family might not agree to your life choices or you know there could be many other reasons and in the end it is 100% the person's choice to be in that business. Yeah. And so I guess what you're getting at is you're working with that assumption, right? Cuz if the person is not bought in, then there's very little that you or any other coach can do to help them, right? Like they have to bring that to the table. Yeah, 100%.
Makes sense. And then I'm next where I'm curious to go um from here is so obviously you you've yourself walked a similar path which makes sense, right? Cuz it I would not trust a coach that coaches things that they haven't done personally. personally. I'm with you on that. Yeah. Right. So I'm very curious if you can share a little bit about what that journey was like for you and because and the reason I'm asking that is that will also serve as a really good context base for our audience to just kind of learn more about you just your ways of thinking your philosophies and kind of how you over time leaned into slash you know ended up where you are right now which is as a coach. So my journey in this work started on 3rd February 2019.
At that time I was in India. I was managing my resort. We have a beautiful resort 8 km inside the jungle in Jim Corpit National Park in India known for its Royal Bengal tigers. Mhm. Mhm. And I came across a course that said how to manifest your life. It was a one-day course in Delhi. I didn't even know what the word manifestation meant back then. But I went to that course because I took a business one day business course from the speaker and I just liked what he said. So I'm like dude I'm I'm going to go this course because I think there's something valuable in there for me.
Do you know do you remember who the speaker was by chance? Yeah. Yeah. Rahul Jen. Oh Rahul J. Okay. Okay. Got it. Yeah. Yeah. He's uh he's uh at that point as well and now he's he's one of the biggest uh business coaches in India. Um amazing guy, amazing individual. um really I uh he put me on this path. And so as I'm listening to him speak all these wonderful things about oh we can manifest our life and affirmations and all that cool stuff I started realizing damn I can create my own life. I have the power to do that.
See I'd always been an ambitious guy. I I always had my dreams but until that point in life my ambitions I I I did not think I was capable enough to fulfill all my ambitions and stuff and so I was like okay I'll I'll do what best I can with the resources I have available but that was an eye opener and I'm like I can want anything in life and it can happen and it also kind of seemed like magical to me I'm like damn man you think and you get something. So, you know, as what I was, that was 2019. So, I was like, as a 22year-old kid, I was like, yes, let's learn about this magical thing called manifestation.
And I started learning more about manifestation. I started doing courses from some of the best coaches in the world. Spent countless hours on YouTube. read some amazing books like how to the power of your subconscious mind uh law of attraction the secret and came across all these cool concepts and staying on that journey for 3 four years I started manifesting a few things here and there I moved to Canada I manifested my company name I manifested a new car for me I manifested good people in my network in this amazing country and so good things were happening and I was getting a lot of growth. I was getting a lot of fun out of life. By the end of 2021, I had the positive mindset that all the gurus, all the coaches talked about. I'm like, "Yes, I'm so optimistic." optimistic." And I knew I was lacking on something
because when I said some identity affirmations out loud, as I said it, I didn't believe it. And I'm like, there's something that I'm missing in here for sure. So 2022, I worked with a personal coach who let who guided me to let go of my emotional baggage. So then I got the skill sets, rebranded my company to a coaching company, and that's how I ended up in coaching. That is so interesting. So a couple things have jumped out. The first being and I'm trying to figure out the best way to word this but so I so I'm familiar with the general concept of manifestation. I understand how it works. Um I think there is value in it like um you know it's like great good job or or what have you. I guess what I'm trying to understand just because it really seemed like hearing you talk that it it was one of those things that had a
really profound effect on you and you really were able to lean into that to you know just really effect meaningful change in your life and so yeah really what I'm getting at is what what is manifestation I guess let's maybe start there without muddying the waters too That's a great question. See, we are all manifesting. I'll get to what's manifestation is in a second. We are all manifesting whether we know it or not.
We are all manifesting. I think what is now referred to as manifestation is consciously creating your life. Consciously creating what you want in the future and working towards achieving that or being that or doing that thing. Does that explain or do you want me to go more in detail or No. So that aligns with the understanding I had. But what where it stops I guess and where usually and again I'm also to blame here because I've never actively dug deeper about this. So but I guess clearly there's a line here somewhere, right? Like I I can't can't grow wings by manifesting wings. Does that make sense? So where's where's the line here, I guess? and what's possible and having realistic expectations.
Okay. But that still feels a little bit gray. So okay, for one person, can you be more specific with a question? question? Exactly. Yeah, I am. Yeah. So I think for a given person, the a certain realistic expectation can be that I want to get married in the next year. So they, you know, go to work manifesting that like they're like really, you know, just doing the best job possible of manifesting that and then what uh like how does it work? I guess as as far as your your that is a cool understand. So so let me explain. I think the best way to explain that is with the four requisites of true empowerment and change. Before I get to that to to make it clear, let's talk about when manifestation works and when does it not because I asked myself this question for 3 4 years. See in the industry they will tell you that you got
to do affirmations and you will attract the things right. You got to just think about what you want and they will become into reality. And I agree with that. Here's the thing though. Here's the thing. thing. Manifestation or law of attraction works when your conscious goal when what you want is aligned with your unconscious programming. However, when it is not aligned with your unconscious programming, law of attraction or manifestation does not work no matter what you do. Let's talk about New Year's resolutions. A lot of people set New Year's resolution. Do you know, by the way, there's now officially a fail day, which is like 8th and 9th of January because that's when most New Year's resolutions fail. Why?
Because people set a goal. People and and a lot of people do it related to their health. They're like, "Okay, I'm going to lose X amount of kgs or pounds this year." They'll sign up a gym membership. They'll go 3 4 days to the gym, work out, eat healthy and then something will happen in their life internally, externally, maybe they slept late, maybe they don't feel like going it, maybe something external happened, they'll be like, "Okay, I'll go there tomorrow." And then tomorrow something happens and they don't go. So people start moving towards their goal.
Something happens and they fall back into their own patterns. Why? Because our conscious mind is the goal setter and the unconscious mind is the goalgetter. So we consciously set goals and we unconsciously achieve the goals. So when the conscious programming is aligned with the unconscious programming, programming, manifestation happens. Manifestation is not just a concept for people. It's not just true for people who are trying to manifest. Every single human is manifesting all of their life. Your life as it is is how to approach manifestation. manifestation. There are four things anybody does to create true permanent change. First thing you got to get rid of unconscious programming, limiting beliefs, emotional baggage, any kind of program that is in your unconscious that is stopping you from achieving whatever you want, you
got to get rid of that. I I help my clients do it in a breakthrough session, 10 hours. It's so jam-packed and it's so so transformative. phenomen like yesterday I worked with a person I completed a breakthrough session this guy for the past 7 years had a lot of fear to a point where he would not want to get out of his house his physical health was suffered he had no disease on paper yet he was constantly in headaches he wouldn't digest food well and his business was suffering because of that he wasn't able to focus in on his business he wasn't making very progress in his business. Breakthrough. We completed the breakthrough session yesterday. His headache's gone. He feels all all right. And I talked to him today. He's like, I took massive action in my business. Everyone's shocked. What did I do? He showed up as a different
person. Why? because we reprogrammed his brain and we took out all the fear, the anger, the hurt, the sadness that was holding him back from stepping into who he is. The next thing once you clear the baggage, once you make peace with the past or release the past, whatever you might want to call it, then you got to think what do you want in the future? That's where smart goals come in. It's important to set goals because goals provide a direction. If you don't know where you want to go and you're driving a car, will you ever reach your destination? No. So goals is important because goals provide a direction. They give you what to do, where to go, and who do you want to even be. So we set goals as who you want to be in the future, what do you want to be doing in your life, and what do you want to have
in life. And the third thing you got to do is take purposeful action. Once you are rid of your baggage, you know where you got to go. You still got to take action. And then you got to be present and focused and positive on the path. So these four things are needed to be done and manifestation will work 100% of the time without a doubt. Do you ever find clients or when you're doing maybe your discovery calls and such with people that are openly skeptical of your practices and your beliefs?
Yes. And I don't take them as clients. Is there a gray area in there or the moment you um sense skepticism, you're kind of out the door? Is that No, it's it's not even So, the person I worked with yesterday, he does not know what manifestation is. You know, I I don't look for a person who's like I I don't practice manif. It's not like a person would come to me and say, "Hey, I don't practice manifestation." And I'd be like, "Okay, I can't work with you."
The person I worked with yesterday, no idea about manifestation. Never focused in on that area. And yet he was looking he was open to learning a new way to live and being open to change. It didn't matter whatever it took for him to create change. If a person is too focused on, okay, this is the only way change can happen, then I'm like, okay, I I don't want to work with you because you won't get what you need to get in order to become who you are meant to be.
and and that's where people limit themselves. themselves. I have worked with also another individual who was spiritual not she was also not into meditation or manifestation. I generally my client base are people who know about manifestation and I I love to work with those individuals because a lot of what I tell them they are already facing those struggles and also the rest of the people who are who've never come in touch with the manifestation work I find that all those people are spiritual because when people are spiritual they believe in faith and manifestation is just believing in a greater power and having faith. So people who have faith would make amazing clients of mine.
So I guess what I'm trying to digest and what has um come out of left field a little bit is the connection between faith and manifestation. It does make sense what you just said, but it it's not a way in which I've ever had it expressed before. So yeah, that's very interesting and I'm going to probably need some more time to uh think through deeper around that. Um but no no that's that's really cool. I guess what I'm curious about next is when you were first um starting out your business and this is almost um coming out from the POV of you know let's say somebody has found their calling not too dissimilar from you where they're like this is a big thing that I have gotten good at and I really want and I'm really passionate about helping other people to also do that thing. So before you mentioned that you did your there's like courses and
such that you can do but it's not enough. So I guess from that POV, what are some things that you would think are just absolute prerequisites for anybody that's looking to become a coach online of anything, right? It doesn't even matter um exactly what they're coaching. But what would make you not trust a coach coach if they've not walked the path? Simple. A coach that does not do what they talk about, if they they don't live by the fundamentals that they teach, that's a big red flag for me. me. Got it. Do you find a lot of coaches in the community that are like that? I'm very curious what that community is like. I I find most coaches are consultants and they tell people and I have all the respect. I I I absolutely have a lot of respect for them. Why? Because I I know they're coming from a good place. They
genuinely want to help, you know. However, most people most coaches are consultants. And and here's the difference. See, a consultant will tell you what you need to do. As a coach, I rarely tell my clients what they need to do. I help them accomplish what they want to do and I help them realize whether what they're doing is right for them or not. The moment I start telling them what to do, then I'm running my agenda through them. I'm not helping them create their life on their terms, then I'm helping them create their life on my terms. But what if the terms are just wrong?
then it's they're not going to and that's where I come in, you know, that's where I come in and I help them come I help them discover what's best for them. I guide them to discover what's best for them. Do what I guess obviously without giving away any you know private information I'm just so curious if you can share anything about maybe one or two really difficult you know I is clients the right term I guess not even clients but but but I'm talking about the problem actually you know where somebody was like the whole thing was just such a tough nut to crack but you were able to get through again I'm Obviously not looking for any details here, but I'm very curious to see what that looks like in your No, I'm I'm happy to share details. I just don't refer to the client's name unless I have permission uh from them and I'm done working with
them. Um I'm happy to share stories and go in with them and my clients are happy that I do that because uh they want other people to change as well just because they've gotten incredible results with working with me. Yeah. You know, every story I work with is um so different um so unique in its own way. Uh one that's coming to my mind right now is this person who had ADD. Um he was um in the coaching program with me. So he's he's not a paid client. Uh and I'll share his story. He was in the coaching program with me. I got to work with him though and this guy was taking coaching and um he was previously a wildlife firefighter and then he uh became a um something to do with lumber. I'm not exactly sure. Um I there's a specific word he used to describe and that's just uh going on the top of my head. And this
person is 35. And every time he would close to being successful, he would switch jobs. And even he switched his university or college a couple of times and he was not able to focus on on one thing and he would switch his career the moment he was about to see some real success in it. And what was holding him back was along with all other things, what was holding him back was when he were 6 years of age, his dad would earn money and his mom would uh spend the money. his dad would drink and they would fight and and this guy who 6 years, he remembered a scene clearly sitting on the top of the stairs in his house watching down his parents' fight. And as a six-year-old, he felt threatened. His safety was compromised in that moment.
He felt he's in danger. And his unconscious mind created a programming belief that success is dangerous. And that became the moto of his life unconsciously. So he wouldn't be successful because to his unconscious mind success is dangerous. And so all his adult life it didn't show up as danger to him. But what happened was he wouldn't be successful because for an unconscious mind protecting him was bigger than allowing him to be successful. And so when we uncovered that and he released that for the first time in his life as he coded to me he said Abina for the first time in my life I feel like success is a good thing and now he's doing amazing things. He he resolved his ADD. It it was amazing. In a breakthrough session, he's like, "Dude, I don't have ADD anymore. Um he designed a website all by himself in under 60
minutes. He's um working hard. He's super dialed in at what he's doing now." And and that was amazing. So, how were you able to unpack all of this? cuz I obviously you presented it in such a neat and organized manner here, but I'm assuming that is not how this was presented to you. So, was your process of organizing all of these stories into the fix for lack of a better term? The so when I start working with an individual, I do a breakthrough session.
The breakthrough session is spread over two days. The first day our goal we spend about four to five hours and I do something we call as the detailed personal history where I start asking questions to the individual that I'm working with and we go in into the depth of the problem and by the end of the 4 hours I know the exact greater problem the deeper issue that is creating all these problems in their life. Nine out of 10 times we get the greater issue in the fir the greater problem the deeper issue in the first day my clients sleep on it when they come in next day I confirm with them whether this is what the deeper issue is people will tell me one out of 10 times they wouldn't have the greater uh they are not sure on the greater problem the deeper issue on the first day so the second day we spend another half an hour to 1 hour and we
get the confirmation on the deeper issue um that is creating all these problems problems. problems. I see that makes a lot of sense. Then there's a methodology to that. If I start talking about that methodology, it'll make no absolute sense and it get results. So, uh I I want to keep it as simple as possible. Yeah. No, that makes total sense. Yeah. And of course, you I can see how you would also not want to just give away all your secrets just on a No, man. I I have no secrets. Uh Nan, I really don't. Uh I am not a person who's saying hey I I got I I'm on a gold mine and uh I'm not going to tell. I'm more than happy to anyone who's out there learn from the same exact school that I have learned because uh I'd be the most happy if more and more people learn the skills that I have. Uh because for me it's not just about me being successful.
It's about uh we as a humanity growing and elevating. And there's only so much I can do in my lifetime to help other people. So, if more people learn these amazing skills, uh I'm all up for it. Like, I'm like, "Yes, let's do it. Let's get more coaches. Let's uh help more people resolve their baggage uh resolve their internal programming so that uh because I want literally I I I want that every human should be empowered and every human should um create their life on their own terms so that they can be successful and fulfilled.
That's really cool. Yeah. Um I but I guess on the topic of empowering every human what do you think about all the people that are resorting to AI as their coach and just therapy even a lot of times that's becoming really common what do you make of all that is that good bad doesn't matter depends no it can be both good and bad you know uh depending on what kind of questioning people are doing from AI it can be both good and bad Um AI again cannot go to the level and resolve a problem like I can do. I mean AI understands a little bit of psychology, a lot of psychology I would say and uh AI doesn't know emotions. AI doesn't know human connection. Uh we resolve emotions and AI is there and it's programmed to tell you what you are asking of it. If somebody who is in a negative state of mind starts asking AI what is wrong with
me what is the answer AI is going to give them AI is going to tell them everything that's wrong with them you know and that much might just make that person more sad or depressed or uh feel unworthy or be like man I'm I'm screwed so AI can be good than bad definitely AI can do what I can do uh which gives me an edge over the AI and um I can probably say that hey I can help you achieve the results that you can't with AI. Um also with therapy I have a lot of respect for therapy. I love all the love therapy. I love all the professionals working in the therapy.
And there was a study done um in Nevada in 2008 to 10 where they compared CBT which is known as cognitive behavioral therapy which is considered as the gold standard in treating depression and it was compared to ME the modality that I'm registered in which is called mental and emotional release therapy. And they took a group of people who were clinically diagnosed with depression and they divided the group in two parts. A bunch of them were cured using CBT and a bunch of them were cured using ME. And CBT had a 60% success ratio. Um which meant 60% cases of depression were cured. Uh 40% had a relapse in depression or weren't cured. within that 60% I believe that number would be lower because then there would be cases of relapse and depression as well with me it was noted that 0% of the people um had a relapse and there
was a 100% success ratio when people who had depression were cured using me now I'm not a person who works with people who are clinically uh diagnosed with depression I believe there's better individuals than me who are both [snorts] a clinical psychologist as well as a master practitioner and me and when a person uh who says hey I'm clinically depressed comes to me I'd say hey that's the right person for you to go to because they have both experience of a clinical psychology and me and they're the best of both worlds I work with people who are business owners and I love to work with them just because that's where I bring the b uh the most value to them. So therapy is great for when it works for them. Uh and I I I'm doing MER because it has much better results and is proven to be uh proven to have a higher success ratio than therapy
itself. That's so fascinating. Yeah, I've never heard of that study that you referenced. I I would I'll have to look. It's not a very It's not It exists. It's a It is a clinical study and it's not one that made the headline on news on news. news. Yeah. Yeah. And you can see why, I guess, cuz it's obviously not the most sensational, but it's so revealing in terms of the dualities that exist between those two fields. So, yeah, that's really really cool. Um, yeah. And then final question before I let you go here. What is something that you have coming up in the next 6 months or a year that you're very excited about that you're really looking forward to?
Well, the entire experience of life I I'm I'm literally a person who's very passionate and joyous about, hey, I'm going to do this stuff. Like today, I've been recording podcast and I'm like, yeah, I get to meet these amazing individuals and uh record amazing conversations with them. So, there there's not one thing that I'm excited about the most. I think my life as in a totality I'm really excited about where I'm headed towards the kind of life I'm building and obviously the impact that I'm able to provide with the skills and the knowledge and with the coaching that I have. Um I hope I touch a lot of souls and I'm not looking to work with a lot of individuals. I have a a cap on the amount of people I can uh work with at one given point of time and I um I'm excited about providing amazing results to my clients
so that they can create true fulfillment and success in their life whatever it means for them. Wow. Above your work ethic and everything you stand for really does shine through in the way you talk about these things in in terms of how well educated you keep yourself and not just being like you know just jargon speak of you know go do this do that manifestation this blah blah so it it's it's been really reassuring for me as I wouldn't go so far as to call myself a skeptic but definitely somebody that views a lot of the things that we discussed today from a more, you know, just questioning lens for the most part, right? And so I really commend your ability to help people wade into the waters without making them almost feel like, you know, I'm missing out or I am lacking something just because I don't fully
understand and buy into manifestation. And I just want to say that that's a skill that only a true guru or somebody that understands this really really well would have and and not you know like a like a charlatan. So not that you need it right. Thank you so much man. I I I so appreciate those kind words and you know I I genuinely appreciated the curiosity you bring in and um the analytical skills you bought in the like the questions you asked were so amazing. It made me think and I was like wow because and and and I and I love where you're coming from. Hey man, I was a big skeptic. Big big skeptic. Like I attended a manifestation course and for the next 4 months I'm like what is this But I'm like you know what I'm I'm going to try it. And so what where it clicked for me actually I'll tell you man very clicked for me
for 4 months I did this manifestation course in February and I'm like you know what I'll try affirmations. I'll try. So, I started doing all weird stuff and writing it down, saying it to myself. I started singing in the sa shower and I'm like, "Nothing's working. Nothing's working. This is all Nothing's working. Nothing's working." Right? I then I found the name of my company. I'm like, "Okay, can have by chance. Nothing's working. Nothing's working." working." And then I moved to Canada. So, I moved to Canada. I was looking for a car. And at the time, I was looking for, okay, a Civic, a Corolla, whatever is the cheapest car up there. And um I ended up buying an Accord. Love that car, man. So good. I still have it. And um I I then started wondering, you know what? I'm like, I'm a conscious creator. I'm
creating my life. I didn't ask for this car. Why did I get it? So I'm thinking this and then I'm like, there was one line I was constantly saying to me, and that was, I deserve the best. And the the best. I deserve the best. And the car that I bought, definitely not the best car in the world. However, it was the best car for me in that moment. And that was like, "Oh my god, does this work or what?" And so I started doing more things and more things. Still being a skeptic, man.
Still being a skeptic. I'm like, "Okay, I'll try this, but I'm a skeptic. Does this work? I'll try this." But and it took me years and years and until I would say my life entirely transformed. I found a wife and I have no logical explanations for how things unfolded in my life. I didn't truly believe all this and [clears throat] yet my life changed and all that stuff happened and I had no choice but to believe it because uh there was no logical explanation other than me manifesting my life that was left to me that could say the that could define or or that could make sense of how things were happening in my life.
Wow, that is such a cool perspective. Yeah, I'm almost tempted to question the past few years of my own life and you know invest you should have a conversation with me man. man. Yeah, actually so that was going to be be my next question for those in the audience that are looking to meet with you. What would be the best place to um you know find time with you? So um um there's Instagram, there's LinkedIn. I'm very active on both those platforms. Anybody can search me up. My name is Abinov Jindal. Search me up, see my face, send me a DM. I'd be happy to talk. Uh also you can go on my website that'ssider.com and you have a link directly to book a call with me. I also have a bi-weekly newsletter on my website so you can go there. It's designed to share tips, tricks and uh I share my own stories, my client stories
just to inspire and share whatever information I can uh on a bi-weekly basis so that people get some value out of it. That's awesome. Yeah, I'll be linking all those in the show notes for any listener to check out if they're interested. So yeah, thanks for sharing those um places to go to and yeah, thank you so so much for taking the time here today. This has been so awesome. Thank you so much. It it was so fun.
